With individual resumes that read like a who’s who of some of music’s coolest artists, The Sugar Pills is a labor of love for four like-minded musical pros. Collectively, the band members have shared stages and studios with the likes of John Prine, Mitch Ryder, Marty Stuart, Nanci Griffith, John Anderson, NRBQ,
T-Bone Burnett, Webb Wilder, and Los Straitjackets, to name a few.
But when they hit the stage and plug in as The Sugar Pills, it’s crystal clear. These guys were born to play, to sing, to perform these songs.
